2026 Spokane (STA) Paratransit Survey
On behalf of the Spokane Transit Authority (STA), thank you for using STA’s Paratransit service. As a valued rider, your opinions are important to us. We hope you will help us by taking a few minutes to respond to the following customer satisfaction survey about STA’s Paratransit service. Your answers are important so we can make sure STA meets the needs of its riders. If you are a caregiver filling out the survey on behalf of a customer, please answer the questions as appropriate from the customer’s perspective.
ETC Institute is helping STA to conduct this survey; they will compile the data received and present the results to STA. The report will not identify anyone who responds to the survey.
